STREAM is focused on making Manatee County a better place to live and work for everyone. We are funded primarily by our own membership. We do not accept government funding. Our members and supporters make a financial investment in the organization to demonstrate our sense of ownership. We strive to build financial self-sufficiency to ensure that we can be an independent voice for change.
We intentionally use the word “invest” because we strive to provide a “return” with solutions for critical problems that can improve the lives of thousands of people in our community.

Questions About Other Ways to Give?
If your congregation or other organization is promoting a collection for STREAM, you can give directly to STREAM or indirectly through your organization. However, indirect giving typically involves a delay in receipt of your funds and/or additional administrative work for one or both of our organizations.
We have chosen our current payment options based on relatively low cost and administrative effort, but please feel free to suggest additional payment methods you would like us to consider.
